Guys heres our proposal and food list with costs. Jess has kindly offered to prepare Meal 1, all teams to sort ration pack 1 for themselves all to take along a drinks flask for hot soups/tea/coffee Ready meals seem to be the best, easiest option for the RV as recommended by Liam, Meal 4 (ready meal) will have to bought en route Kirsty will do the online shop and get delievered to Liam or Jess? thoughts comments input back to us....asap thanks RaI Food.xlsx (46.76 KB) |

well done Orna and co ... i think i follow the logic of the spreadsheet. I note that the plan has that for the first shift STCC riders (indeed everyone) will need to bring our own grub to eat along the way in the car until Handover #1 north of Belfast. The pantry only opens then. As per teleconference, my understanding is that you/Kirsty will order these goods, David will pay for them They should be delivered to my mother-in-law @ Mrs Breda Feely Derrypatrick Drumree Trim, Co Meath. Phone: 087 671 1978 If you could have it delivered between 3pm & 6pm / Saturday afternoon ... and once delivered we can look for someone to bring the food to Liam/RV in Trim or Liam can go collect it etc. - whos' going to eat all the peanut butter ? won't be me

Looks good. My only comment is quantity. Especially if we are talking about grabbing food along the way at one or two of the Hotel stops.

If everyone is ok with protein bars that expire this month (they are absolutely fine to eat) then I have this more than covered. The macros and taste should be better than other brands. I am hoping to have brand new stock in this week too but not sure if it will be here by Friday.
