From the dress rehearsal at the weekend, did you guys have a view on whether it would be feasible for the next rider to a do a brief warm up on a turbo or rollers before handing over?

It would be a difficult thing to set up in between handovers. The timing is dependent on how quickly the LF car can get on the road and then around the FC. Also it may be difficult to pack in rollers or a turbo. It may be easier to go up the road and back but to be honest it will be difficult. I personally found the second stint a little easier, on all the training sessions we have done. There is an hour in between your shifts but the first stint was toughest from a warm up perspective. Perhaps it would be enough to do a warmup before the shift start and once on the road it is less important?

You might just be able to get a few minutes on rollers during the daytime shifts, assuming we can find an appropriate spot but I think it will be more hassle than its worth. Will be very difficult at night.
I found that on each stint I went off a little too hard. So maybe treat the first 5 mins as you warmup and then full gas of the next 15?
As Dave C says the second and 3rd stints were much better
Just a thought
