Another option is to have some pre-cooked food in pots/containers with us, and these can be re-heated in the RV as required.
Again this will only be practical to last us a certain distance along the route, and we might then ask some of the Family&Friends network if they might prepare some extra food for us to take with us as we pass them by (or possibly they just need to meet up with the Camper RV and handover).
