One suggestion as a means to provide at least semi-normal food would be that we'd stock up prior to start with a number of ready made meals from the likes of ALDI/LIDL and have these for use with a microwave as a main meal for cyclists probably at the end of the active shift.
And then as we make our way around the course, when needed we would top up and buy another X of them.
We need someone to investigate these - confirm pricing, confirm types of food available and make some suggestions as to how many we will need to buy up front, how long that stash will last etc

Assuming we can get a microwave working in the Campervan this seems like the most cost effective way of feeding everyone.

Hi Guys and Gals . Just logging on to let you know I'm here.
To answer your Q's on any stuff to do with the camper-van - etc.
Answer 1 . No, - the camper does not have a toaster but I suggest you see Rodney and ask him, should I put it on my list with the Microwave.
Answer 2 . No, - The camper does not have a tow-bar so sorry I can't tow a caravan behind it / or a trailer - Sorry .
Answer 3 . These are the facilities the Camper does have. . Beds(sleeps 5, Four cyclists and me!!) / Toilet for no 1's and no. 2's / Shower (Extremely small, For Emergencies only) / Three-ring Gas Stove and Oven . Running Water / Water storage tank ( 60 Ltrs approx.) Can transport up to 8 people if needed.
Answer 4 . - Yes the camper has a kettle - ( It works off the Gas-Stove )
If anyone has any other Q's , Please let me know.
Regards , Liam Mac .
